Austin Hayes is the only refurbisher of ammunition containers for the UK MoD, saving the tax payers up to £20m per year through a variety of processes to remove old coatings and re-apply and re-cycling component parts where possible.
We also provide protective coatings for severe environmental conditions including on-shore, off-shore and sub-sea.
Services include: thermal metal spray, two-pack epoxy paint systems, thin film coatings, masking, stenciling, abrasive blasting.
Our operatives are ICATS trained and our inspection team hold NACE Level 3 and ICorr Level 3 qualifications.
