Small

For owner managers whose businesses are
solidly established and are now ready to kick on,
to break through the proverbial glass ceiling.

6 – 10 people.

You know you need to push on and start to put some structure into the business, and develop your team.

You’re running an established business that’s doing well. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded business owners at similar stages of development, meeting every month for a half day round the table session. A guest speaker helps to host these sessions, to give expert advice and facilitate debate on a designated key topic.

Every quarter, there is a full day’s board-style meeting, where each member of the group is held accountable and help each other develop workable strategies to get your business to where you want it to be.
