Its unlikely that any members of your staff come out and say directly “It’s not my job”, but once settled into their roles, some staff members may be uneasy about moving out of their comfort zone. It may be that they are insecure and defensive, or it may be that their job role has expanded and they don’t feel able to cope with the added work and pressures. Whatever the reason, it is very likely that skills gaps will develop. Your staff may blame the processes or the systems, but ultimately it is them that are the weak links.
